You mean the local taxpayers? No the taxpayers have way more right to them than the drugged up homeless guy dropping needles everywhere.

Everyone pays tax. If you purchase anything with sales tax on it, you're a taxpayer.

In fact, people with lower income tend to spend a greater proportion of that income on sales tax than people with higher income do, because they can't save as much of their money. That's why flat taxes are regressive.

Yeah, uh, no they dont. We all do, that's the whole point of bill of rights in most countries. Public property is for everyone, not just people with money.
