Wrong Smith. Ish Smith has played for the most teams (13). For all the garbage teams he played on, he still managed to get a ring with the Nuggets.

Joe Smith is tied with a bunch of others for 12 teams.

Ish Smith, Joe Smith, Jeff Green and Jimmy Jackson are the Immaculate Grid legends

That's Seattle Supersonics legend Jeff Green, sir! Played his rookie season in Seattle with Durant.

I like to use Joe Smith as my Immaculate Grid trump card, along with my Braves/Clippers trio of Bob McAdoo, Adrian Dantley, and Moses Malone.

As for hockey: Phil Housley, Olli Jokinen, Jim Dowd, Adam Oates, and Dany Heatley have come in handy, to name a few.
