After the drug's the objects move on their own.. just make sure the audience gets some too 🤣

26

u/13th-Hand 1d ago

Ngl I’ve done so much drugs in my life. I can assure you nothing like this has ever happened in my life

2

u/br3nt3h 1d ago

Need stronger drugs

2

u/sparemethebull 1d ago

Then we could all benefit from going to this show eh?

1

u/Bostonsfinest617 20h ago

Second this.

1

u/No-Obligation7435 1d ago

Idk man I was on an acid trip so insane once, I had a friend asleep on a lazy boy and I swear he wasn't even touching it for like 3 hours just floating ever so slightly above it

u/Miserable-Pudding292 6h ago

Dudes brain was able to briefly conceptualize the gap between atoms, he gazed upon the infinite expanse of the cosmos in the infinitesimally minute span of human perception, saw the very essence of the concept of gods, witnessed the void from which all things sprung, presumably realized the truth of existence. and then forgot all of it, and just remembers it as a weird trip with funky synesthesia

Humans are weird man.

Correct English isn’t something reserved for a classroom, it’s a tool we use every day

29

u/rabbi420 1d ago

You forgot the 50 tabs of LSD.

17

u/logert777 1d ago

hahaha I can already hear the wildly misinterpreted/out of context Terrance McKenna quotes and the smell of patchouli soap

1

u/999horizon999 22h ago

And perineal sunning

1

u/Accomplished_Deer_ 18h ago

I did 10 tabs one time... would not recommend

Well to get the eyes..."Gotta kill a few people. Then you've got to get sent to a slam, where they tell you you'll never see daylight again. You dig up a doctor, and you pay him 20 menthol Kools to do a surgical shine job on your eyeballs." - Riddick

u/Scooter310 1d ago

Invisible thread, changing contacts, and practice.

40

u/round-earth-theory 1d ago

I don't think it's changing contacts. He's pushing them up into his eyelids and pulling them back down when he wants them on. Sometimes they stick which is why he's touching his eyes.

1

u/MetalGhost99 1d ago

Pretty much the same conclusion i was getting.

1

u/Scooter310 1d ago

I oversimplified it but yes you are probably correct. I am much more familiar with the other part of his act as I used to perform a version of it myself.

1

u/AutumnEclipsed 1d ago

This plus magnets.

1

u/Scooter310 23h ago

As a former performing magician I can see everything he is doing and I don't see a need for magnets anywhere. I'm curious where do you think he is using magnets?

1

u/Accomplished_Deer_ 18h ago

It's the go-to when people see things hovering. But I'm 99% sure it's just invisible thread. The stick is tied from the top to the carpet. The "hovering" stick is caught on a couple knots tied into that thread. The ball is hanging from his head.

1

u/Scooter310 14h ago

You are close. The mechanics are that simple I can tell you that. Working with invisible thread is extremely difficult the more involved you get and takes a lot of practice. I spent three years practicing with invisible thread in front of a mirror.

1

u/Accomplished_Deer_ 10h ago

Idk, if you're looking to be a professional entertainer for adults, I can see it being difficult. But I was blowing other kids minds in elementary school recess with this trick. Tack the string behind the ear, the other end to a ball or playing card, and you can get pretty good rather quickly. (it's a simple trick. It's literally just a thread. Not much more you can learn beyond 'move the thing, don't touch the thread in a way that reveals it's a thread')

1

u/Scooter310 3h ago edited 3h ago

I was doing tricks where I had a dollar bill fly across the room to me 15 feet away, making things float and vanishes. Pairing it with other tricks and being able to move from one to the next seamlessly is difficult without adults spotting it. Also the thread i used was able to he used in just about any light so it was extremely thin and would break very easily. I wanted it that way because it was harder to spot and also if an audience member accidentally broke it, they didn't even feel it. So even just me manipulating it the wrong way could snap it making it even more challenging.

An eighth of Talent, two baggies of Perseverance, and about two keys of Time

90

u/n3ur0mncr 1d ago

Two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers... and also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of Budweiser, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.

Oh - and some paint and a lesser key of solomon.

53

u/Baloooooooo 1d ago

There is nothing more helpless and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge

12

u/Johnnys_an_American 1d ago

You can turn your back on a person, but never turn your back on a drug, especially when its waving a razor sharp hunting knife in your eye.

19

u/archimidesx 1d ago

He’ll see the bats soon enough

13

u/saucerfulofsucrettes 1d ago

Just admiring the shape of your skull 😌

12

u/rkbizzle69 1d ago

Tell me about the f****ing golf shoes!

4

u/Old_Cameraguy_8311 19h ago

We can't stop here! This is bat country!

4

u/Dapper_Twist_4995 1d ago

And I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon...

3

u/jc10189 11h ago

It's impossible to walk in this muck!

11

u/HarvardCistern208 1d ago

One thing that never made sense was the salt shaker half full of cocaine. You have so many drugs, but so little of this one drug. Why?!

6

u/wearereapingdoom 1d ago

You’re asking why in this economy?

6

u/Loosiepla 1d ago

In defense of the shaker...that's actually a lot of blow. I little dab’ll do ya.

2

u/Mahiel 1d ago

I assumed they started with more but that was all they had left at the time of him writing inventory.

2

u/n3ur0mncr 1d ago

While he probably did a little before the trip, thompson acquired all of it over a couple days right before they left using the cash advances he got for writing the two articles.

The man was beyond batshit crazy.

1

u/w3bar3b3ars 1d ago

Because cocaine fucking sucks in almost all measurable ways...

There's times that may require a certified bell ringer, and that it is.

1

u/HarvardCistern208 2h ago

Interesting take, but hold on a sec. Go try Arcoline and then get back to me. Then again, maybe you haven't had the real thing...

1

u/Youngsinatra345 21h ago

Because he was a fucking narcotics agent

2

u/A_Feltz 1d ago

The ether is fun at parties but non smoking only

2

u/Scared-Cut-4571 1d ago

Did you see what GOD just did to us, man!?!?!

1

u/Efficient-Maximum651 1d ago

55 joints, 55 blunts, 55 bowls, 100 GUMMIES...

1

u/jgab145 1d ago

Where can I get each of these things and how much will it cost me?

1

u/hpr928 1d ago

Damn, we humans have some really creative ways of altering our state of mind.

1

u/ArcticSeaSalt 1d ago

Don't forget to take off your shoes and put in hoop earrings mandatory requirement.

1

u/Sugar_Kowalczyk 1d ago

Will half a Greater Seal work? I don't want to buy a fresh one and waste it if I don't have to.Ā

1

u/Loosiepla 1d ago

I never thought of a salt shaker.....might have saved a year of my life, collectively.

1

u/Dinker54 22h ago

Good setup for a trip to bat country.

1

u/LowPreparation421 22h ago

Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get locked in to a serious drug collection. The tendency is to push it as far as you can.

0

u/Doschupacabras 1d ago

I sang this as a Christmas tune.

21

u/Vcheck1 1d ago

Nah man talent costs way too much even for an eighth. How much for an eight of laziness?

28

u/A_Feltz 1d ago

Or you could just do a speedball and some shrooms like we used to in the 90’s and then you’ll believe you have learned it

10

u/Vcheck1 1d ago

flashbacks of drips intensify

1

u/BeerdedWonder 1d ago

I got the two keys of thyme. Where do I get the others though?

1

u/DadNotDead_ 23h ago

This is 10% luck, 20% skill...

1

u/A_Feltz 20h ago

Now I feel like I wanna know the dudes name

0

u/Odd_Mix8978 1d ago

Spelled "ki's" wrong

36

u/az987654 1d ago

Just some visible thread

2

u/Accomplished_Deer_ 18h ago

Good old invisible thread. I spent like a month in 3rd grade every recess doing that hovering ball trick. Good times.

1

u/az987654 16h ago

Is not even that invisible here

1

u/bwstraws 1d ago

Magnets and contact lens

6

u/NFTArtist 1d ago

Believe it or not its just a lot of ivermectin and organic kale. Who would have thought.

2

u/PracticalPractice768 8h ago

Nobody ever talks about the cool side of Skooma addiction.

2

u/swarrypop 3h ago

I'm on coke, ket and md. It's not that.

1

u/syracTheEnforcer 1d ago

Just slap the ā€œguruā€ title anywhere in your name. Instant success. The drug part is optional.

1

u/MakeThatBed 1d ago

It's called CHIM and only a select few have achieved it.

1

u/ScrotalFailure 1d ago

I’m more familiar with the term Bodily Superiority, or BS for short. This guy is absolutely oozing with BS. It’s off the charts. His BS abilities are unfounded, he might actually be able to achieve the title of Sentient Creature Apex Mammal. Dude is a definite SCAM artist.

1

u/ChrissWayne 1d ago

Start with 300mg of mdma wait for 3 hours and then 1000mg combined with 10g of magic mushrooms to achieve Jedi powers

1

u/MajorEnvironmental46 1d ago

Sell your soul to Lucifer.

1

u/emteedub 1d ago

not from a jedi

1

u/_nefario_ 1d ago

Not from a jedi

1

u/ManufacturerWitty700 1d ago

Two bottles of tequila, three cats and a broom, an 18 year old angel all dressed up in black, fifteen nickels of cocaine tied up in a sack

1

u/pizzaduh 1d ago

Just magnets.

1

u/ZoemmaNyx 1d ago

He’s hiding the contacts in his eye socket. You can see him push it up when he changes back to normal. Super cool, has to be poking or irritating

1

u/BlackCoffeeGarage 1d ago

The trick is waving your hands adjacent to the stick, but never over the top because it's clearly wiggling on a fucking string

Also methamphetamines

1

u/Ninja_BrOdin 1d ago

Fishing line and contact lenses.

1

u/Mad-Habits 1d ago

you just sign where the goatman tells you to

1

u/JasonElegant 1d ago

Compound V

1

u/Chipbeef 1d ago

Some string

1

u/-G_59- 1d ago

750mgs on Benadryl with the active ingredient diphenhydramine will unlock this power. Trust me.

1

u/The_Dark_Chosen 1d ago

lol. You can see the sticks bouncing on the strings.

1

u/Immediate_Purple3039 1d ago

None they are contacts being held up under the eye lids.

1

u/trixel121 1d ago

he has contacts in

1

u/thenerdyn00b 22h ago

Just some billion dollars.

1

u/spaceocean99 20h ago

You can buy strings anywhere for pretty cheap

1

u/Sea-Sound-1566 5h ago

You need to figure that out by yourself by trying different solutions.

0

u/Remarkable-0815 1d ago

Fishing wire.
