For someone who wore contacts for years, yes it’s possible and it hurts, also being blind while you’re trying to find the contact in the pit of your eye socket isn’t easy, and doing two at the same time.. yea this is quite impressive.

This happens to me anytime my eyes get dry, so at least a few times a week. I can barely feel when they get stuck under my eyelid, i wont even notice if i am looking at something close up. This will depend on the type of contact though, if you wear hard lenses, I can see how that would hurt, but I wear soft lenses.

I have been wearing contacts for over a decade.

My soft lens contacts get stuck all the time and it’s so uncomfortable. It’s not quite painful, but it certainly doesn’t feel good.

Perhaps the tightness of the eyelid, or some other factor then, or maybe I just got used to it.

Mine were soft lenses but they were really thick -9.5 prescription.

One contact lense? Amateur. 27 lenses is to beat:

That's gotta be due to dementia or something, right? Like I have definitely gone to put lenses in and forgot I accidentally slept in my previous pair, but it didn't take but 3 seconds to realize the fuckup. I totally get the contacts hiding under the eyelid, but I can't imagine making this mistake twice, better yet 17 (+10?) times. Wild article regardless; thanks for sharing

sometimes they get stuck under your eyelids and you can retrieve them by pointing your eye at it. And the little thing with the eyelids is exactly what I do when this happens on accident, it looks to be he is just doing it on purpose with colered contacts

It really must not be nice for the eyes.. mine got stuff there sometimes and it kinda scratches your eye I guess he developed a technique to do it more safely but still

Color shift depending on light refraction?

Nope its contacts. Looks at him pushing them around with his fingers.

Didn’t notice that until I watched it again. My bad

I think he literally just pushes them up behind his eyelids.

Yeah, looks like it. I somehow didn’t notice that when I watched it the first time

Your first explanation came nowhere close to making sense, lol.

The thirty some people who have downvoted me for missing that are making it abundantly clear. /j
