just so you know, the heaviest shell in the world is Tridacna gigas, which can weigh over 100kg. What you have is just a broken columella from a gastropod in the family Muricidae. See this.

that's a gastropod's columella, very likely from a rock shell (in the family Muricidae). Very mature species can get very heavy. What you are seeing is basically the aperture + columella. See this and you will understand what I am talking about.
