Bone I.D. - Europe Is this a fox or a dog?

I have found this in a basement of an abandoned house in a forest. North of Croatia, only dogs & foxes around.

Fox, I believe! It doesn't look like it has a big sagittal crest.

Fox, but I feel like his canines are exceptionally large

They've just slipped out of the sockets. Some of the root is exposed, making them look longer.

I have a skull exactly like yours, it is a fox skull.

Red fox. Likely young or female.

Grey foxes aren't present in Europe and have differently shaped temporal lines on the top.
