The only thing you CAN control is diet, sleep, telling people you love them, staying as active as you can. Do that. Feel the control and enjoyment in the midst of chaos, that brings me some peace. It’s all about appreciating life and what little we all get. Everyone’s life is short.
You’re not alone. Understand that.

Playing on easy mode, but yeah, fuck cancer, because I do not want to have to make a doc figure out how to treat a second one!

Yea, I'm about over all of it. Fuuuuuuuuk Cancer, although mine has been quite a learning experience and life changing situation since it began, not just in this diagnosis, but the bigger picture. I'm about 2 years into this journey, even though I unknowingly had this at least since 2016 when it was found on a CT and MRI,and I wasn't told until it was really found and massive in 2023. Mychart is cool, but if a patient may not have access it's still a Dr job to go over results and tell the patient. I'm about over having to advocate so hard for myself lol. Fuk cancer . Hallelujah!

I've been saying "Fuck Stage IV Cancer" since 2019, and I've gotten pretty good at it!!
