I was hoping for a balance between old and new fans but this looking very much for the new ones. Just less and less exciting

Yeah….I dont think I can bring myself to care about these randos. I care about the original cast and characters. It feels, I dunno…cheap? Won’t have the Whedon ethos either, which seems so fundamental.

Yeah, what I dislike isn't that there are new characters, but not actually doing anything with the old characters other than using them as a draw...

We don't. People are making shit up to get upset over. We don't even have the premise of the show yet and we haven't seen the actors in action.

Like, she said she doesn't care about these randos and she cares about the original cast and characters, like, no shit. The show isn't out yet, and buffy started out exactly the same. You don't care about the characters until you're able to experience them.
