I wonder how they’re rebuilding Sunnydale? I wonder if they’re building an entire new town or if magic was used to reverse the crater of destruction from Chosen?
there are some rumored plot details out there but i understand not everyone wants to be spoiled; i think sunnydale being back is going to be a plot point for buffy’s involvement in the series and that it’s currently an effort by the state to rebuild the town

the actress who plays larkin (ava jean) posted on instagram “guess i’m headed to sunnydale!”
further confirms they’re rebuilding that location despite the end of the series
