oof looks more and more like they're going to follow the Star Wars plan and retell the same story with new characters and a few of the originals. ugh. Disney sucks. 🤬

I mean, it's not just Disney. Pop culture has resorted almost entirely to strip-mining previous decades for a while now.

All of the top ten box-office films in 2024 were remakes, sequels, or adaptations. Ten out of ten! It's crazy.
