Cracked frame or just the paint?

I have this Carbon Specialized Hardtail and noticed a crack in the paint, under the seatpost. Is it only the paint or is the frame damaged? 

Are there ways to test it? I cleaned it because I wanted to sell the bike, but now noticed this.

Try using the seatpost as a lever and move it back and forth to see if the crack moves or makes noises.
