Moderator Mandated Bonding Free Talk Friday!

Hey everyone!

Noticed things have been especially dour here in the last few days (imagine that?). Thought we could use some off-topic conversation to remind ourselves that life outside of cancer exists. Read any good books recently? Seen any good movies? How's the weather out there today?

The weather around here is starting to stay in the 80s and dip down into the 70s.

I was in a fast food joint having a greasy lunch the other day. Lionel Richie's Easy came on and just transported me. There were people both young and old in there, but a visual survey made it clear that I was alone in FEELING IT. I enjoyed the song, hugely and the burger less. A perfect song, made better by being brief. I don't like all his stuff but that one..... "Why in the world would anybody put chains on me?"

My memory song this week was Sentimental Lady, by Bob Welch. I never liked the fleetwood mac version....

I received my new 2x12” cabinet with V-30 and Creamback speakers. New amp, Mesa boogie Mark VII should arrive today.

I plan to make a try of pissing off my neighbors all weekend.

I am busily putting together my new enclosure for my python Monty :-). He is about 8 months old.

Fun fact the oldest python in captivity was 62 when she died.

And the rain stopped here. So i am planning a farmers market trip tomorrow morning.

My sauerkraut is coming along great too.
