I have been diagnosed with GBM. It's a terminal brain tumor. I have been given anywherefrom 18 to 24 months. It's a tough pill to swallow. But I have chosen to look at it this way. I have been given the gift of the long goodbye. My kids won't get a call in the middle of the night because I was in an accident. I get to spend whatever time I can with my loved ones.
