You have no idea how much I'm looking forward to that view again someday!

Iβm not even from there but I feel a sense of calm every time I visit Cape Town β₯οΈ

Same as! My in-laws live there & we just visited in January. My favourite city in the world so far!

It would probably do the same to me. I remember when the family used to go on road trips. And we'd come back to cape town. Getting the first glimpse of Table Mountain ππΎππΎ

The best view π such a great feeling knowing you're home when you see Table Mountain.

The Mother City is beautiful. But underneath that glossy exterior hides many plagues.

I left cape town to come live and work in cayman islands. Been here and month and already going back to cape town on the 1st. I realised very quickly I'd rather be there than anywhere else

No, Iβm with you. I head home mid-November, and while I miss my dogs and fiance tons, I donβt miss Cape Town.

That's me as well. I would kill for a job overseas actually and visit CT occasionally.

I left Cape Town to live overseas in 2003, I still tear up every time I see that view on arrival.
The smell of the city also gets me as soon as I get off the plane.
