Visa team in Cardiff

Do y’all know how long the student compliance team takes to send you a link to fill for the CAS statement for international students?? Their replies are so slow and I can’t even call them directly on a number. I need my visa extended so my cas needs to include academic progression. But they just said we need to check if you can study or not?? Wym study or not took me ages to get into medicine 😭😭

It took me two days. My friends who take a long time seem to have problems with some proof documents. It's just a guess🤔

Sorry, I’m not sure. But I got an email from the student visa team and the admission office regarding this. I have never contacted them directly. I hope you get a CAS as soon as possible🤞

Thank uuu! Yeh they definitely taking ages because some of the people ik haven’t gotten theirs
