Accidentally got milk on my kitten’s eye

I was feeding my kitten yesterday and accidentally some formula fell on her eye, she kept eating no problem and went to sleep, this was yesterday night, this morning she had a little eye bugger (don’t know the exact name in english) but otherwise seemed fine, however today it seems like her eye is a little swollen (picture attached)

Should I take her to the vet? does anybody have any advice?

Kittens get eye infections all the time. Get medicated eye drops or ointment from the vet and it will clear up fast. A warm wet compress will help, but it can't replace the medication.
