Accidentally got milk on my kitten’s eye

I was feeding my kitten yesterday and accidentally some formula fell on her eye, she kept eating no problem and went to sleep, this was yesterday night, this morning she had a little eye bugger (don’t know the exact name in english) but otherwise seemed fine, however today it seems like her eye is a little swollen (picture attached)

Should I take her to the vet? does anybody have any advice?

Looks like they might have gotten an eye infection! Please don’t blame yourself, kittens are notoriously vulnerable to many illnesses and infections because they are still developing immune systems.
