Accidentally got milk on my kitten’s eye

I was feeding my kitten yesterday and accidentally some formula fell on her eye, she kept eating no problem and went to sleep, this was yesterday night, this morning she had a little eye bugger (don’t know the exact name in english) but otherwise seemed fine, however today it seems like her eye is a little swollen (picture attached)

Should I take her to the vet? does anybody have any advice?

As the others have said, this is easily treatable. But you should also know cow milk isn’t really good for cats, water and food (both wet and dry) are all they really need besides a litter box

idk if OP used cow milk. They just said formula so I imagine it's specifically for kittens unless I missed something or am just mistaken
