Accidentally got milk on my kitten’s eye

I was feeding my kitten yesterday and accidentally some formula fell on her eye, she kept eating no problem and went to sleep, this was yesterday night, this morning she had a little eye bugger (don’t know the exact name in english) but otherwise seemed fine, however today it seems like her eye is a little swollen (picture attached)

Should I take her to the vet? does anybody have any advice?

i would definitely take her to be seen. it looks pretty swollen and you typically don’t want to risk anything eye relating with animals.
