Discussion Be honest
Have you ever sat down to have a bowl..... and ended up CRUSHING the entire box in one sitting? I swear cereal is probably the easiest thing for me to overeat. Not cookies... not ice cream... darn cereal 🤣

Some days I'm just like, "well, I guess I'm only eating cereal for today"

I've definitely had cereal for breakfast, lunch and dinner while I was pregnant. Had less of a chance at throwing up cereal than anything else

I've always been a cereal fan but just recently it's been slapping and now I crave it all the time.
I try my best not to consume the whole box in one sitting...but I tend to come pretty close haha.
I feel like cereal is suffering the "bag of air" issue that potato chips have. It seems like when I open a box, it's only half way full.

I used to kill an easy 3-5 boxes a week in grade school. my mom would get them for less than a dollar coupon shopping with my aunt and buy 10+ boxes at a time.

I enjoy cereal combinations and adding random things like fruit, nuts and chocolate etc to my cereal

Yes but in my defense most boxed cereal suffers from "shrinkflation"band now contains 12 oz rather than the customary 16 oz.

I did it once with a box of Grape Nuts, of all things. I definitely regretted it the next day.

1000%, as I got older and weight started sticking around, cutting back on cereal was the single best thing I did for maintaining a healthy weight. Now cereal is a treat, not a 3-bowls-a-day routine

Not an entire box no but I have eaten 3 large bowls one after another and felt incredibly guilty after lol.
