I’m sorry this is my first post in here. I didn’t mean to break the rules. But it is a loose recipe. 3 cans black beans 3 cans chili beans 2 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 3-4 cans of tomato paste 2 cans of fire roasted tomato chunks 2 cans of this Mexican lime tomato chunks(I don’t remember the name, from Aldi.) 3 cans of tomato sauce 2 fresh jalapeño peppers 1 fresh onion 3 red/orange/yellow sweet bell peppers 1 tablespoon of minced garlic 1 lbs grass fed beef 1 lbs hot sausage Chipotle seasoning, sea salt and pepper

I’ve placed first and two thirds in the 3 contests that I joined over the 5 years.

No banana peppers were used. I was just eating them while I prepped. Lol If you can’t tell I like peppers.

Although you never know what those sour patch kids will do. There may be a few sour patch corpses in there. I should’ve ate them all.

How big of cans of tomato paste? Oz-wise...the small ones?

3-4 6 oz can. Happy Harvest from Aldi.

No chili, cumin, and paprika powder? Does the chipotles in adobo and chipotle seasoning take care of that flavor?

Also, I’m assuming you’re talking about 6oz cans of tomato paste and 15oz cans of tomato sauce?

The adobo sauce does the trick. Yes this is correct. Thank you. You should taste it.😎 I got this new chipotle seasoning it has that stuff in it. You should see the trophy I got for this recipe.
