Looks damn good. I would throw a little cornbread or Fritos in there also. What's up with your bowl though?

Yeah, I've seen people add corn chips on the side or even goldfish crackers.

I looked at your other post, what did you do differently or add?

For this one I used pasillas, yellow chile, serrano, and jalapenos. and i roasted them over a flame before dicing small and cooking in the meat.

i used an enameled cast iron to get a better crust/fond on the pan, and deglazed with red wine.

actually used garlic this time, last time i didnt have any. some different seasonings than last time, i used smoked paprika this time.

simmered for an extra couple hours until it got thick and glossy.

these are just the differences from the last one, but they still share a lot of similarities.

This is a generic reminder message under every image post

Thank you for your picture post to r/chili. We want to remind everyone of Rule #1. All image posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.

If you've posted a picture of chili, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn't really fostering any discussion which is what we're all aiming for.

Looks fantastic, if your looking for suggestions. I like to do breakfast sausage links in mine and finish with a can of maple baked beans.
