Is it mold or pellicle?

I know this is something that gets asked all the time, but this is the first time I've run in to this.

Is it something to worry about or is it just pellicles?

Surface yeast is my thought. Does it smell eggy?

No eggy smell, no bad fragrance. Thanks! I'll continue this brew and see how it tastes!

Then likely yeah just a surface yeast!
