I'm surprised Aspalls & Thistly Cross made the cut.

What are numbers 3 & 4?

3 is the triple from Domaines des Cinq Autels, 4 is Cidra Trabanco, a basque. I asked for 4 dries, that’s what I got. Also, 4 of the 10 casks were sold out sadly. I did have an extra taste of a cider from Cinq Autels which was aged on Calvados barrels. Goddamn that was an apple explosion. Also had a taste of the Cidre Bouché Breton Brut from Cidrerie de Rhuys Nicol. That was a perfect dry cider as i like ‘m. Dry and full of apple.
