Context is key here though. BLM is does not plan the kidnappings of mentally challenged kids. T_D planned a nazi march where one member killed someone. It's not just guilt by association, they clearly fostered an environment that encouraged that behavior.
By this measure, Antifa and BLM are both responsible for the literal millions of deaths caused under the numerous communist regimes across the planet and history. Everyone from Stalin to Mao, who both hold the same ideological stance as these people - which by your standards, means that BLM and Antifa both nurture a culture and environment of genocide.
This is the problem with collectivist thinking, it isn't a person who is responsible. It is an ideology. A religion. A skin color...
The Donald did not plan to murder a person, just how these people did not plan to kidnap that kid. The BLM kids who kidnapped that child were influenced by the racist environment of the BLM and Antifa movements. It is literally on video of them talking how he is white, and that is the reason why they're torturing him. If BLM is not responsible for that, then TD is certainly not responsible for one lunatic.
I think that's a false equivalence. r/bestof literally has a thread right now where highly upvoted comments are advocating violent behavior. Nazis are not fringe on T_D. Some lunatics who happened to be bigoted against white people ARE fringe in BLM. The environment there specifically promotes violence, or at the very least, it's condoned. Surely you see the difference between a community that encourages violence and one that doesn't right? If BLM has a sub where highly ranked comments consistently claim things like "We should kill all white people," I'll be the first to condemn them for it.
For the record, it's weird that conservatives keep bringing up communism as if it has anything to do with the mainstream left. At the very "worst" we have people who want to implement socialist policies that have been very successful in France, Britain, Germany and others. It's disingenuous to conflate the two.

You know, guilt by association is one of the worst things you can use.
That is ONE example I can pull.
