Itinerary/Διαδρομές what towns offer easiest accessibility for those with limited mobility?

what locales have the flattest streets and widest sidewalks? do hotels have lifts?

Last Year i had my foot broken and went to Crete in a wheelchair, i found Heraklion a good place to spend time. Ive seen hotels with elevators. Mine had one but is was really small, could not fit a wheelchair so had to go up to my room on crutches.
