Crossfit with only bodyweight and kettlebell?

Hi guys. I am new to crossfit. Can I do crossfit with only bodyweight exercises and one kettlebell?

CrossFit linchpin has a no equipment option and a limited equipment option every day

Without barbells and limited equipment, you have one kettlebell, maybe you can CrossFit but it would not as beneficial as a normal CrossFit box

Heck yeah you can! Just have to get a little creative with your movements but you 100% can do bodyweight and single kb workouts. ☺️

Jeff Martone has a great book called Kettlebell RX. With a lot of CrossFit workouts and benchmark workouts

ChatGPT is your friend. Just say you only have a kettlebell and it will give you a bunch of workouts
