Do I need a masters for AI?
Can I take a course offered somewhere on ML or something or do I have to get a masters degree for an AI role?

You look like you want an "AI role" simply because AI is the new buzz word. If you had any idea what skills are required to be successful in that space, you would know that you need a PhD at the least.

Yes, or even a PhD
Only time you could possibly get away with just a bachelor's is if you're really cracked and have a lot of research to your name, or your role isn't really AI.

first you need to consider what "AI role" really equates to in the market
are you trying to do research? business applications? some kind of data science?
once you have that clarity, then you can look at relevant programs from universities
