You can now set your user flair

You can now set your user flair, feel free to use it to label which model you have, or for something else if you like.
If you don't like the colour that your model is, you can select the model which has the colour you like and then edit the flair with your own model (and do the same if you have a model that is not listed.)

Sandero sitzbank

I have a Duster LPG 1000cc/100hp car. Is it ok to drive 4hour long trips with constant 3500 rpm (140km/h) or is it too much and it strains the engine?

An old fashioned Mini Camper Dacia Logan Express...

2012 Dacia Express Ambiance with MCV Interieur with complete thermal-acoustic insulation
With matching aluminum rims and grey side indicators

We've also found a special solution. We installed something like this in a Logan Express, with a two-burner gas stove, a small sink and washbasin with running water (12 liters), and a dry toilet (for health reasons). We have a bed measuring approximately 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The car runs on LPG and gasoline.

In February, I took over the very well-preserved car after a major inspection with a new gas tank and timing belt, and have driven 27,000 km since then.

We've vacationed on the North Sea and on the French Mediterranean coast.

This is a car with character and charm...

Duster III 1.0 ECO-G100: first oil change

Hello everyone,

my father bought new Duster III 1.0 LPG. Service says that first oil change sholud be done after one year if I remember corectly. But since the engine is new and may have some residues/debris after manufacturing inside etc., wouldn't it be better to change it sooner? What was your apraoach? I heard about 3000 km as good interval for first oil change. Can it be done by regular mechanic (not Dacia service) and will not cancel guarantee? We want to use the car for long period of time, not sell after 3 years...

Thinking About Replacing My Corsa B with a Dacia Sandero – Good Choice?

Hey Dacia fans,

I’m considering replacing my Opel Corsa B 1.5 TD with a Dacia Sandero (Bi-Fuel or gasoline). My main priorities are:

Reliability & low maintenance – I want a car that won’t constantly need repairs.

Fuel efficiency – I drive about 250 km per week, so economical running costs are important.

Practical comfort & space – Not looking for luxury, just a functional, comfortable interior.

Simplicity – Prefer fewer electronics and more straightforward design, like my old Corsa B.

From what I’ve read, the Sandero seems to fit the bill: low running costs, easy to maintain, and simple yet functional. But I’d love to hear from people who actually own one.

Questions:

How reliable has it been for you long-term?

Any hidden maintenance costs I should be aware of?

Is the ride and comfort acceptable for daily use?

Would a Sandero really be a practical replacement for an old diesel Corsa B? Any experiences or advice would be hugely appreciated!

Thanks!

Question about ECO mode

Hi everyone, I have a duster eco g 100 LPG. At the dealership the told me about ECO mode and advised me not to use it all the time because it causes engine wear. Do you guys use it ? I tried once and I saw that completely eliminates the turbo's spikes and needs more press on the pedal for acceleration.

Info aggiornamenti software/medianav

Ciao a tutti, possiedo una Jogger Extreme Up acquistata a luglio 2025 (Italia). Grazie

Question about TMPS on a 2019 Dacia Duster

Hello,
I bought a 2019 Dacia Duster 4x4 (1.3l - 150hp) and I am looking to buy a set of rims/tires.

I'm trying to understand whether or not I need pressure sensors as well.
Googling I understand there is direct TMPS vs indirect TMPS and that with indirect I wouldn't need the sensors, but I can't find whether my model has one or the other.

Could someone tell me whether or not my model implements one or the other?

Also, for learning purposes, is there a way to visually check the car for sensors around the tires?

Bigster connecting with Dacia 🛜 hotspot?

Ok, not great at being succinct, please bear with me.

So, I have a 1 week old Bigster (love it) but a question on connectivity.

In my previous Duster I had to connect to Android Auto with a USB cable. This allowed me to enable my phone’s wifi hotspot, in turn allowing me to connect my laptop so I could take a work meeting while waiting to pick my daughter up from school, without disconnecting from Android Auto apps running on the car.

In the Bigster, my phone now connects wirelessly to Android Auto, which is better and neater, except if I try to use the hotspot then Android Auto goes into connection spasms so I have to turn everything off entirely in the vehicle and just use the hotspot for the meeting.

Today, as it went into the usual psychotic drama, I noticed on my phone’s hotspot settings an entry something like ‘dacia_hotspot’. I haven’t read anything about it in the manual, but to be fair, the manual is over 300 pages, even longer than my ramble!

Does anyone know anything about this, tried it? Tomorrow I’ll try get there earlier so I can have a little play, my guess is I connect to Android Auto with my phone and then connect my laptop to dacia_hotspot. I’ll post an update on how that goes.

2013 Dacia Duster rear door leaking in heavy rain

Thumbnail gallery
14 Upvotes

I have a 2013 Dacia Duster (Laureate). In exceptionally heavy rain like we’ve been having recently the back left door leaks rain water onto the carpet. My sister has a 2015 Dacia Duster and has the exact same issue.

On mine it appears that rain is getting into the door cavity and then dripping down around the speaker and out of the bottom of plastic door inner and over the bottom rubber door seal.

I’ve checked the two little rubber bungs at the bottom of the door and they don’t seem to be blocked - I’ve popped them both out and given them a wipe. Bit dirty but not blocked.

The seals at the outside of the window seem ok. As do the seals at the around the door.

Anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?!

Dacia sandero III disable low LPG sound warning

Hi,

Stupid, high, ridiculous and annoying sound warning every time I start my car with low LPG. The low LPG warning can last for up to 200 KMs! How can I disable it? Dacia give us control of how we want to use our car!!!

I'm considering buying a sandero stepway (between 2020 and now). Is there anything I should consider or look out for when I get it. Also what trim should I get that's best value for money?

Sandero - LPG instant consumption?

Well, the title says it all. Does Sandero display LPG instant consumption as it does for the gas? Is it somewhere and I can't find it? If not, I can't understand why they don't offer this. I mean literally the LPG versions are meant to be run mostly on LPG anyway and this metric is almost so basic nowadays. Even more, if it can compute average trip LPG consumption, what is the problem with instant??? What do you think?

"lpg not available"

Went to do a test drive on 2025 Duster bi-fuel, everything going great, but then I press the LPG button and we get a warning of "lpg not available" (or similar it was in Portuguese). The dealer was flabbergasted and didn't know what was happening.. Pulled over. Turned off and on, no improvement. Any idea what might be up?? Does this happen??
