As a German I agree with these arguments except victimless crime.

There is still a lot human trafficking and tax evasion involved.

Is it better than before? Yes

Is it still a criminal cesspool? Yes

I feel like the customers would be coming back for weed anyway, this is literally just a way to potentially kill your customer base.
