As a German I agree with these arguments except victimless crime.

There is still a lot human trafficking and tax evasion involved.

Is it better than before? Yes

Is it still a criminal cesspool? Yes

Yeah the reduced human trafficking claim confuses me. Like I don't doubt that it's possible I just don't understand it. Even with PHub at least claiming they verify accounts there are still plenty of cases of people forced into sex work against their will. I don't see how prostitution would manage to be any different.

Well right now the victims are also criminals, which makes it very hard for them to come forward (and often makes their testimony invalid when they try to report the human traffickers). Making prostitution legal won't make the trafficking go away overnight, but it makes it much easier to fight.

that's factually just wrong. human trafficking is worse in countries where prostitution is legal
