Nah, it needs to be legal everywhere instead of this patchwork across states bullshit. When was the last time you bought a bootleg beer? Never? Exactly.

So is homegrown weed, but when was the last time you bought a bootlegged beer? You can’t legally own an unregistered still so there’s taxes involved everywhere on the liquor side of things.

Never paid for it, but I've had a lot of home made alcohol, beer, cider, wine, spirits, they're all pretty easy to make and a lot of people make them.

Tbh, I'd happily buy homemade stuff if it was consistently good, which it often is.

I think the major problem is the qauntity you'd need to make and the high risk/ low reward probably isn't worth it
