Billionaires, of course. With this, they can sell your data much easier AND prevent piracy, emulation, modding, etc.

And the government. Remember, if it's for sale, they don't need a warrant.

What do you mean by this exactly? Houses and cars are for sale, and they require warrants

Maybe the gov will buy it? Not sure though. NSA already infringes on our privacy everyday so I don’t know how they can do so even more

It means they can buy your data. You "consent" to a company selling your data (typically one of those agreements that says "if you use this product you consent"), then the authorities can buy said data without having to get a warrant.

It's supposed to be anonymized but plenty of people have shown that pieces can easily be put together to identify someone.

Yes, but YOUR house isn't for sale. Your data is, from Amazon to Google to your browsing history from your ISP.

It never uploads the data, if you read the official post they keep everything on local store, but sure keep fear mongering.
