Theres a way to get round it, which I've done cause I also comment on a sub which is on their ban list. Got to block all their bots and then you can be on both

You do realize that when this becomes a relevant problem to these subs the bots will just ban anyone who has them blocked right?

i got banned for commenting on a sub I never commented on because their bots are broken. couldn’t even appeal and honestly it’s for the better

I remember one morning waking up to messages from 5 different subs telling me I was banned for simply commenting on a different sub.
