Depends on where you measure. Feathers have lower density that iron. Buoyancy can create an extra force it depends on the difference of the density of a fluid and a object inside of it. So if you measure a kg mass of feathers and a kg mass of iron inside any fluid like the atmosphere both will weigh a bit less than a kg and the feathers will weigh a bit less than the iron
