I think you meant bobbing like bobbing for apples . I’ve heard it used like that too. A girl is bobbing for 🍆 ,but not as much as the other one . Slang is also made up and typically highly regional

No I did not mean "bobbing."

Obviously it can vary and in general it just means "hoe" but I've never heard "blown out pussy".

And of course there are a lot of UD definitions but this was the top one, from 2008:

If you notice those definitions have a lot of dislikes . Again bopping as slang comes from bobbing your head either like a bobble head or bobbing for apples .

Oh shit those links suck, didn't realize they're the same. Either way, in general I agree with you, but in MY locale we definitely used boppers in the way I am saying.
