It’s called an example, like your example of hypocrisy that you just gave. You made a jump from men’s mental health to an insult about mental wellbeing. Proving my point, you do not care about anyone’s mental health.

I think you need some semblance of decent mental health, otherwise one could go down some pretty dark paths. I’ve been there.
