I could go to therapy, i could get medical help, i could leave my job and still get paid by the healthcare system but for some reason it feels as if i do that then i have failed
So it's "man up" for me

If any of your friends say you failed or gives you shit for getting help then THEYRE NOT YOUR FRIENDS. Everyone needs help once in awhile stop letting pride and ego get in the way of that.
