Hold on a second, the USA recently introduced a bill they want to pass that means you cannot say anything "antisemitic." What happened to freedom of speech?

Correct me if Iโm wrong, but doesnโt freedom of speech mean no jail time? However, perjury, defamation, threats, and incitement to violence are not protected under freedom of speech.
