It is worse if your trunks have the mesh, that is what I have heard anyway.

Once, part of my foreskin got stuck in that mesh. I can assure you that it was very painful to get it out.

Is your foreskin velcro or something? It's a fabric mesh.

Depends on how fine the mesh is, but yeah in a rough mesh like 1 mm in diameter holes, foreskin can go through and get stuck and it hurts.

Happened to me while doing zumba and dancing in the pool. I didn't even notice and suddenly I felt a pull and sharp pain. I knew immediately what happened and I couldn't even react or prevent it....but in the heat of the moment I pushed through it and kept dancing. The dance coach was too hot and I didn't want to let her down. Heck, I was probably the only guy in the whole water park that actually dared to join the dance.....

It took three days to heal and no infection or complications, thankfully. But now I'm scared of going to the pool again and knowing this could happen at any moment.
