Honestly I haven’t talked to a man United fan in the last two/three years that hasn’t been keenly aware of how shite their team is. Half of their own base was hoping they got relegated last year just to force an ownership change

Exactly. Sure the club has a plan for winning the title in 2028, but every fan is just hoping they'll be back in the CL soon.
