Liquid is on there but G2 isn't?

Liquid being the most succesful organisation of all time makes this even more strange, meanwhile G2 has only won a couple of really important tournaments, while fielding some of the most iconic rosters as well.

I debated which one I wanted but I thought Liquid was more fitting since a lot of these are other very successfull or famous brands/orgs.

TLDR: Liquid's success is too large and recent. Meanwhile Fnatic's is much older for a legendary organisation.

Oh the indeed all are famous but I think that an organisation like Fnatic or even Evil Geniuses would've been more fitting.

Let's take Hockey as a comparison. Montreal Canadiens are the most succesful franchise in the sport, some might argue in all sports ever, even though they haven't won a cup in more than 30 years. However, since their success is not that old nobody in their right mind can put them over the Leafs for a "Next year's the one", since the Leafs are an absolute joke these days and havent won in almost 60 years.

In Esports, Liquid is the equivalent of the Canadiens. They're not as dominant as they used to be across all games (2017-2019 was fabulous), but they can still make an impact in some games and some teams are looking at a bright future. Historically, their DOTA team, Hungrybox in Smash Melee, their early PUBG roster, CS in 2019, even their LoL team in NA (even if the region is pretty much a joke), etc etc.

Fnatic on the other hand, haven't known absolute domination for 10 to 15 years now. Their CS team has been a joke for a while, their adventure in Rocket League failed spectacularly, even their LoL teams haven't been as great as they were in the 2010s in a while now. Legendary and respected org, but winless for a WHILE in Esports. However, I know some people who will put them in the GOAT argument.

Not saying you are wrong, but you should look at Fnatic’s Valorant team, they are consistently one of if not the best EMEA teams, and won some Masters events.

Oh yeah completely, but as of right now, this roster is the only one worthy of Fnatic's prestige and recognition. They've sadly been on a downward spirale since 2015 across all of Esports, even if there are still impressive jewels out there.

100% agree.
