Do you have any credible study of gender paygap where the reason of pay gap is the gender of the person? I have 0 belief anyone would hire man for jobs where woman would work for 85% of the pay

It’s the whole having a kid thing lol. Our economic system is built on the idea that both a man and a women are the same thing when it comes to work. But completely ignores the fact that to have a society you need mothers.

Exactly, our society expects women to do twice the work (job and childcare). If men were expected to both be fathers and have a job, they would be lagging behind as much as women.
