Do you have any credible study of gender paygap where the reason of pay gap is the gender of the person? I have 0 belief anyone would hire man for jobs where woman would work for 85% of the pay

It’s the whole having a kid thing lol. Our economic system is built on the idea that both a man and a women are the same thing when it comes to work. But completely ignores the fact that to have a society you need mothers.

That's why both get as much maternity leave (mother gets little more before giving birth). That's 160 days for each parent.

I assume you are referring to the UNPAID FMLA protected leave?

No, in Finland you get 30 days full pay and then rest from the government and thats like 80% of your salary. Then with each child you get additional support starting from 100€/month for 1st child to 200€ per child if you have 5.
