Personally i think it deserved a goty, but not rdr2's goty. God of War is a fantastic game with a beautiful soundtrack and so much love put into it. It is one of the best pieces of visual story telling in gaming to date. But rdr2 is imo beyond special. I was a little disappointed with rdr2 losing, but i still think god of war deserved it. Lets just be glad assassins creed odyssey didnt win
