Something like conspiracy theorists on the right think the left is prepping us all to eat bugs in the near future, since cows are bad for the climate, etc. Just a lot of hokey fear mongering over “green new deals”, and how the evil baby eating cabal is going to ban steak in favor of insect protein.

Dude, it’s not happening. That’s a marginal “push” at best from Green idealists, which is a minority within a minority. If we can’t come together and decide to ban something wholly harmful, like cigarettes, do you HONESTLY believe there’s ever going to be a meat ban? Really? The entire farm and dairy industry is just gonna…roll over, just like that? Utterly ridiculous.

That’s why I’m telling you, it’s conspiracy garbage and brainless fear mongering. Worry about ACTUAL shit going on rather than some anemic suggestion over bug protein.
