Once you run the quantity or degree of damage matters a lot less.

I'm hoping so! In the video she gets out and checks her car not mine... such a loser.

I thought it was an automatic felony in CA, but it looks like it's a misdemeanor if there aren't injuries. A Google search on the matter was quite interesting! Most of the front page was attorneys. 😂 I didn't want to give them traffic when I already had the basic idea. 😋

Yeah it's only a misdemeanor here so it happens A LOT I don't get why. People here will actually tell you to drive off and promise not to tell 🤷,my wife was belittled by people In a parking lot for not driving off when she hit someone's truck. Only damage was on our car but she waited for 20 minutes for the guy to get back.

I feel her and I don't know what I'd do in that situation. If there really truly is no damage to the other car there's not a huge reason to stick around... I probably would, though, just out of paranoia* because then nobody else could hit them and have it blamed on me.

*I do have a major mental illness but paranoia isn't a huge part of it for me. :p

She felt very pressured and saw he had a dash cam, she is so worried about breaking the law it's pretty cute. She had to get it off her chest otherwise it woulda eaten at her for life I'm sure.

Your phrasing is a bit odd but I'll allow it lol. It's clear that you love your wife.
