If James gunn Ever used the extended teen titans he must try Using this formation first
I do think she’s gonna turn eventually though, so maybe she could join Jaime in this potential blue beetle sequel movie

Mine is Glenn Howerton. I know James gunn almost casted him as Star Lord in GG. I think he would make an excellent Braniac.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question but my exposure to superheroes all comes from the mcu. I saw superman shortly after it came out in theaters but WHY did Superman have to do everything by himself. Where was batman You’re telling me some world ending threat or whatever is happening and batman just sits this one out? Pattinson’s Batman would’ve at least shown up to brood in the shadows or do some detective stuff. Isn’t this supposed to be a shared universe now?
I’m used to the mcu where heroes actually team up. Like if something big goes down in New York, you know at least three avengers are showing up. Meanwhile Superman’s literally fighting for the fate of the world and Batman’s too busy doing what training child soldiers
Why even reboot if you’re not gonna connect stuff? They already have a batman just USE him. Im confused
Am I missing something or is dc just bad at this?

Brainiac appearing in Man of Tomorrow would make this his first ever appearance in a live-action movie (seriously, how has it taken them so long to do this?!), and there have been some very different takes on his character over the years. Would you prefer it if they stuck with Brainiac just being a hyper-intelligent alien scientist, or made him an artificial intelligence like they did in Superman: The Animated Series? Personally, I kind of hope they combine the concepts - have Brainiac be a Coluan who’s also a cyborg capable of connecting to his skull ship through his implants. And above all, you have to emphasise how alien Brainiac is - make him as different to Luthor as possible while still serving as a great foil to Superman.

I didnt like the idea of him having his own solo movie at first cause i always thought of him as just a batman villain, but he's been a hero a few times in the comics. Giving him a strong position in the dcu (a movie) for that reason makes more sense to me.

I know he has peak physical human capabilities but I thought their armor was meant to at least stand some chance with a metahuman like Superman yet Mr Terrific just knocks them out with a single punch everytime. This is just a yes or no question but a further clarification can be provided, just please not something like "Oh the writer just can do whatever they want him to do"

Going by two of the three illustrations released to announce Man of Tomorrow (2027), it suggests Superman and Luthor will not only be fighting against each other but also teaming up, with the speculation being to face against Brainiac.
I think the two likely scenarios are that Superman gets Luthor out of prison because he needs his expertise, and the second he gets his suit he fights him but realizes there is a great danger ahead of them that requires a temporary partnership. After eliminating the threat, Luthor will attempt a "redemption tour" that will take time but eventually he will find himself in better faith with the public and will use the distrust of others that have seen him do terrible things to them directly to try and paint opposition in a negative way, but probably less over-the-top than what he attempted to do to Superman in the first movie. Eventually, he will find himself in a position to get into politics.
The other scenario is that Superman goes to him for help, he reluctantly agrees, and helps Superman stop the danger facing the world, but then uses the opportunity to fight the Man of Steel only to fail and go back to prison., or he seemingly gets lost in the wreckage surrounding the final battle and is presumed gone only to take the opportunity to build up the Legion of Doom in the dark.
What say you?
