Considering how tough and strong Stitch is in comparison (he survived a black hole at one point) i don't think Rocket can really hurt him.

Yeah i am putting a big fat doubt on that.
Rocket has managed to hurt WEAKENED Thanos with his strongest gun.
Also when did Drax survive a black hole? Plus Phalanx are species - not a singular character.
It does not matter which gun he shoots Stitch with - that little blue dude is virtually unkillable.

Ultron tanked hits from Thor with little to no issues way before the Phalanx gave him an upgrade.
Drax NEVER tanked the black hole to the face
Oh and by the way - ROCKET CANNOT BE COMPARED TO DRAX DURABILITY AND STRENGTH-WISE TO BEGIN WITH YOU SILLY BILLY

Alright, sure, Ultron has tanked attacks before he even got The Phalanx upgrade, but you're telling me... that infinite plane energy erupting Thor doesn't reach black hole level? you're telling me that Hulk who fucking sent shockwaves to infinite dimensions, doesn't even reach black hole level?

I am telling you that Rocket Raccoon (you know - the guy we're talking about) does not scale to Thor, Ultron, Phalanx, Drax or the Hulk.
At all.
