Pro Coverage, Highlights and News Raven Newsom's forehand grip is WILD!
What kind of forehand grip are you using? Stacked grip, fan grip, power grip, split finger, two finger, one finger or anything else?
I'm rocking the classic two finger grip while throwing forehands.

Discussion Gotta have more of Nate and Brian in the booth
Big fan of sexton too but Nate and Brian together works so well. They need to be doing more than half of the events at least in my opinion.
Shoutout to grant on the course/interviews as well he killed it!

Picture Scott Stokely clinic for 5 people was awesome!
I had the pleasure of participating in a 5 man clinic with Scott teaching, adjusting and offering pointers as well as funny anecdotes today. 9.00am to 6.30pm including a cozy lunch.
Made amazing difference for my strugling forehand and great improvement on backhand as well.
Tired and sore now, but happy :)

Discussion My lost disc just resurfaced…thanks to a scuba diver in Vermont
So this is a wild one.
Apparently, a guy went scuba diving in a quarry in Vermont and pulled up 125 discs from the bottom. And somehow, one of them was mine.
He reached out and offered to mail it back, and I agreed just for the sheer story behind it. A disc lost to the depths, living in the dark for who knows how long, and then resurrected by a diver with an air tank.
Can’t wait to have it back…not sure I would bag it ever again.
Anyone else ever had a disc come back to them in such a ridiculous way?

Discussion Disc golf is absolutely electric now Spoiler
Feels like the galleries have been even better than usual in the US after the record crowds at the world championships and the battle at Idlewild between Gannon and McBeast is some of the most exciting disc golf in a while.
I'm hyped for this game.
Edit: it got even better.

Discussion For those who have seen the pros play in-person, who's drive SOUNDS the most insane?
I was at Champions Cup a few years ago when it was still at WR Jackson. I had the pleasure of being like 10-15 feet away from a card with Eagle, Simon, AND AB and we were at a hole they were throwing pretty hard on.
I was just slightly in front of where the disc leaves their hands, and Simon and AB had that sound where the air is fighting the disc, that "woosh" we all know and love.
BUT EAGLE, his drive sounded OTHERWORLDLY almost like the disc was leaving the gates of hell itself.
When his disc left his hand, there were low bass frequencies that I had never heard before. As if the disc had a huge subwoofer on it when it was thrown. Idk if this is from his disc fluttering at 78 mph or what. But it was super bizarre and gave me a ton of respect for Eagle.
Have you guys experienced anything like this before? Who's disc sounded the meanest out of the hand in your experience?

Discussion Idlewild - Earhart & Perkins w/ Zellner
No spoilers here.
Watching Idlewild final round and I really enjoy this course. This course has a great combination of woods and open holes.
I’m also enjoying the commentary team. Brian and Nate feed off one another and Zellner provides somes solid insight when asked. The sport coats are goofy, but so what. I think this group should get a few more events
What say you?
Do you like the course and the commentary team?

Discussion Which disc does what?
My coworker plays disc golf and has convinced me to at least test the waters. Which does does what? His unprofessional opinion is the purple ‘might’ be a putter, the silver ‘might’ be a driver, and he’s unsure of the white one

Discussion Maine Disc Golf Bachelor Party
Looking for advice on where to go in Maine for a disc golf bachelor party next summer/early dall. Will be around 12 guys, most are beginners with a few guys who can play at a higher level. We just played white tees at Brewster Ridge and that was a good difficulty level for cards of 3 playing full scramble. We're mostly in seacoast new hampshire and would prefer no more than 2.5 hours of driving.

Form Check Can't stop rounding
I'm really aware of my rounding issue, and I'm having a hard time fixing it. I'd really appreciate any tips. What is notice especially is my elbow dropping, which is suspect may be the root cause. My elbow looks to be completely tucked to my side as I throw. But even when i try to fix it and keeping it up, it will still drop, and then i end up rounding. That's at least my interpretation
